I'll ACCEPT to. Based on the ratings it's fair. Varejao will get major minutes in real life on one end and on the other Perk is out for awhile in real life and Outlaw may in fact explode in Jersey.

I accept.
Fair trade for both ends. I personally like what the Bobcats get out of this deal. They get rid of Varajao whose contract in the next few years is a bit high. They can also clear out some cap space if they let Outlaw free. Perkins is a solid center, not great but he can hold his own down low.
