The Bulls are in talks with Nuggets about a deal involving Anthony. What do you think it will do for both teams if a trade is made? I think the Nuggets are being smart. They seem to be asking for Noah in a trade. Is Martin not expiring this year, so it brings in a big man that can move into the starting lineup next season. However, for the Bulls. I am not sure what to think. I would really want to know whether or not Anthony would be willing to resign with the Bulls before making the trade. It could make the team a threat to the Big 3, Boston, Orlando, and Miami. What do you guys think about this trade? Would you do it if you were the GM of either the Bulls or the Nuggets?

The Bulls had this same problem with the great Deng and Gordon when Kobe, Bosh, KG, and Gasol were available, and they STUCK with the YOUTH. If your a Bulls fan, you better hope management can SOMEHOW get this deal done, they won't be able to get Melo next year with Noah wanting a long term contract. Atleast for Deng/Gordon for KB, I understand the excuse team is TOO YOUNG at the time, I don't get the excuse THIS TIME, Rose is a top 5 PG, Korver is a solid shooter, Brewer is a underrated defender, and Carlos Boozer is one of the best offensive bigs in the game, on top of that they also have Taj Gibson who can play undersized at Center. Franchise players don't fall out of the sky, guys like Joakim Noah do, if your the Bulls you make this deal happens some way some how, the only untouchables on the Bulls should be Rose and Boozer and that's it, the rest are game. They have a chance to go from a top 5 or 6 team to a top 3 team, the only teams I'd consider better then them with Melo is Boston and Miami and that's it.

It would be hard to see Noah go, though getting Melo back would be nice. Noah is the Bull's leadership so his presence would be lost. I would want Melo's word that he will resign with the Bull's before doing this trade.

BTW before anyone thinks I am biased against Joakim Noah, I HAVE NOAH ON MY TEAM IN THIS LEAGUE (I drafted him in the 3rd round in this league).
It's not about Noah being bad cause I think he can become a much improved version of Varajao (basically Varajao with improvement on Offense).
But this is more of what SHOULD BE then what COULD BE.
With both Noah and Melo you know what your getting and that's not the problem, it's the possibility of having a team of Rose, Boozer, and Melo that should take MAIN FOCUS more then anything.
MIN I am sure Melo is DEFIANTLY going to re-up with CHI, he wouldn't have specifically picked CHI and NY if he didn't think he was going to re-sign with those teams.

u trade melo for noah no brainer, noah is nice but he can be replace. Melo is a star plus melo-rose-bozzer is 10x better than noah-rose-boozer.
