Alright guys, I am just going to make this simple. Tell me what's missing? Why won't anyone post anything outside of Minnesota? It feels like I am running this league for myself, and that is not fun. I am not interested in running a league so it can die a slow death, I would rather it be quick. I am 100% into making this league a success, and hopefully you can see that, but I can't do it alone. It takes all 30 members being committed to the league, and right now that is not even close to being the case. So, I am asking you guys what changes you would like to see made, or is it time to end this once and for all?

I comment on each and every game my team plays in as well as standings and stat posts. I am also actively pursuing trades via PM's.
I have no problem with the league although I would like to see more activity as well.
Thanks for asking and hopefully activity will pick up. I loved the fantasy draft start and certainly don't want to see it end.

One of the problems with Fantasy Drafts is everyone drafts players they like or believe in. It takes awhile to change their minds, especially when no NBA games are being played IRL. That means, very little trading tends to happen as well.
As for what is missing, I am not sure there is something you can do differently or not to make it better. Enforce activity manager? Certain number of posts per week or something like that? If you really want to go that route I guess it could work.

I think it's fine, Boston. My last league was very similar to this one. I post a few things myself, I guess that's why I'm a 6th man. I don't think I see anything missing, some people are just not that active.
I do think maybe having GM ratings could improve activity among GMs. No one really wants to have a crappy rating, and if being active and posting will help one's rating it could increase activity.

I post on threads but I am not really good with articles, but I guess debates could help.
I saw it in hoopshype and people were pretty interested.
EXAMPLE
Question: Would Wilt Chamberlain be able to dominate the 2010 era
LAL argues he would MIN argues he wouldn't
something like that could help
Then you can have 2 or 3 judges and decide who won.

It's not about posting articles. Have discussions, talk about the MLB season and the upcoming playoffs. Talk about the NFL season, who are your surprise teams/players or disappointing teams/players. If you don't want to talk sports, talk about music or whatever. Just have discussions, that is the point of a forum. Successful sim leagues are more than just a sim league.

I see. I see. Well I would want to talk about something pretty interesting. You guys know that the NBA is fixed, right?
I read a book about it, by that ref that got busted. You guys also know that NBA refs get over 250 K per season too?
