Manu is loving his time in Houston right now. Playing at the level he is right now can only increase his value come free-agency. This doesn't necessarily mean he wants to become a free-agent. It would be his preference to stay in Houston, as he has spent his entire NBA career in Texas, and he would like to keep it that way. He would like to see the team have more success, but if ownership makes him a fair market offer, he can see himself finishing his career in a Rockets uniform.
