*ALL GM's SHOULD STAY ACTIVE:
GM's should log on at least 4-5 times a week to let us know that you are active. Always vote when polls are started so that we can get a good gauge on any issue. It is recommended you post a team story or article at least once every sim month. GM's that have not logged on for 7 days will be replaced. Inactivity will not be tolerated & repeat offenders will be booted immediately.
I will be harder on Newbies(New Members) and they will have to prove they belong as a GM. Once a team is given to a new member they will have 3 days to create team threads. If you need more time just PM me. I will let you have more time. Ignoring me is not the way to make friends with the Admin and if you do this on multiple occasions you will be booted.
*TEAM THREADS:
a. Depth Chart (Mandatory)
b. Salary Chart (Mandatory)
*PLAYER RATINGS:
If you are new to sim leagues, player ratings are what a sim league is based off of. When making trades, player ratings will be the 1st thing the staff looks at. The ratings are based off of real life performance. The staff and I look over all the ratings and decide if any of them need boosts or drops at the end of each sim season. So be aware of that when making trades.
*1 TEAM PER IP ADDRESS:
Only 1 team per IP address is allowed unless you notify me on why this is the case. I.E. If you have a sibling in the league that uses the same computer. That is fine. If I find something fishy I will call you out on it. Cheating will not be tolerated. Offenders will be booted ASAP.
